Safety is our top concern

Sure Shot Directional Drilling believes that safety is the right of each and every person they come in contact with – clients, employees and the general public. We indoctrinate that the prevention of accidents and injuries takes precedence over expedience.

In the conduct of daily business, every attempt is made to provide a safe environment. In order to achieve this goal, Sure Shot Directional Drilling mandates safety training for all employees – both new hires and current employees – for a myriad of issues, on a continual basis. Safety awareness is delivered through both weekly safety and job site or tailgate meetings. SSD also provides safety education and certification classes including: OSHA 10/30 hour construction, first aid/CPR/AED, trenching/shoring excavations, operation qualification (OQ classes), Safeland training (for oil and gas) , defensive driving and hazardous materials handling.

Sure Shot Directional Drilling is a member of ISNetworld and EnergyU – both organizations that support safety, compliance, certification and training.
