Sure Shot Directional Drilling was hired in a second-attempt effort to bore under the Platte River in northern Colorado.
Project Details
The initial attempts failed because of numerous difficulties: the length of the bore, the depth, and the rock subsurface that was encountered. With limited time to do the project, the client was highly concerned about liquidated damages being imposed. Sure Shot responded immediately and was able to bore the 1800′ river crossing in one day…with no issues on pull back or damage to the product or environment.
